Renee was pleasant and professional to work with. Having not moved in 50 years she was patient and thorough in explaining every document and detail. I would gladly recommend Renee to friends. As a side note my experience with the updater was not as good. It caused more confusion with Xfinity than necessary. I would not recommend using the updater.

Before going with Renee,I had started to work with the loan officer at my bank. I was a first time home buyer, so I thought if I went with my bank it will be easier. I have been with my bank for many years. The whole experience with the bank loan officer was very cold. I was left confused and alone. I only received one or two calls in the beginning then no communication for a couple of months. I was just a number, a walking dollar sign to my bank. Then I was referred to Renee. From the first call, through out the whole buying process and even after the signing, Renee was always there. I got emails, texts and calls from here. It did not matter what time of the day, I would have a question and she would answer all my questions. Many times she would just call or text just see how I was doing. It felt so comfortable with her through the whole process. Renee provided a "Human Touch" and that alone made a big difference and great impact me on a personal level. I would recommend Renee to anyone who is a home first time home buyer or anyone buying another home.
