She is also always looking out for the best financing options in order to offer my buyers the most competitive rate. She is an over communicator, which is so important in this business and yes she does work on weekends! Renee has lots of knowledge about financing, but instead of using complex jargon, she speaks to the level of my buyers, so that they understand the process. Lastly, I am so impressed that Renee attends every closing that I have with her. To me it's very important for a lender to be at the closing in case any questions arise and to also show how much she cares.
